Sauna
A sauna session offers relaxation and health benefits. Calm your mind. Expand your blood vessels for healthy circulation. It's good for your heart.
Try a sauna session on its own or book your session before your massage. Clean and dry skin is best for effective sweating to cleanse your pores. A sauna before your massage can relax your muscles.
Sauna after a workout to help build muscle. Ideally for best results book sauna sessions 3-5 times a week.
Recommended length of time in a sauna is 15-20 minutes, not much time for a wealth of benefits. Sessions are offered in 30-minute and 1-hour sessions for 1 or 2 people.
Don't forget to bring your sandals!
